At Meister, we stand behind our high-performance gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
